HOA & Community Christmas Light Installation

A polished, coordinated holiday display across your entire community — entrances, clubhouse, common areas, and amenities. One insured vendor, one consistent look, and a board-friendly proposal, handled from first bulb to takedown.

What it is

One Coordinated Look for Your Whole Community

An HOA lighting program brings one cohesive holiday look to your entire community — entrance monuments, the clubhouse and amenities, common areas, and shared landscaping — designed and installed as a single, seamless display.

Residents notice the moment they turn in. Because we plan the whole property together, every entrance, building, and common area shares the same palette and quality — no mismatched vendors, no patchwork of styles, just one intentional look the whole community is proud of.

We work directly with your board or property manager on a clear, itemized proposal and a single point of contact — with a certificate of insurance on file and one predictable, all-inclusive price for the season.

Why hire a pro

One Vendor, One Consistent Look — Board-Approved

Coordinating a community display is more than hanging lights. It takes one plan, one crew, and one accountable vendor so every entrance and building matches — and stays that way all season.

Our crews are fully insured (COI provided on request) and work safely on clubhouses, monuments, and multi-story buildings. Every run is measured and secured with weather-resistant clips — never staples or nails — so there is no damage to community property.

And it is all-inclusive: if a bulb goes out we fix it fast, so the community always looks its best. When the season ends we remove everything, label it, and store it in climate-controlled facilities for next year.

HOA questions

HOA Lighting FAQs

How much does HOA / community lighting cost?
It depends on the size of the community and how much you’d like to light — entrances only, or entrances plus the clubhouse, common areas, and landscaping. Every proposal starts with a free on-site design, so your board gets an accurate, itemized, all-inclusive price with no obligation.
Do you work with our board or property manager?
Yes. We provide a clear, itemized proposal for board or manager approval, assign a single point of contact, and can supply a certificate of insurance for your files. One vendor, one invoice, one accountable team.
Can you light multiple entrances and buildings consistently?
That’s the point of a program approach — every entrance, monument, and building shares the same palette and quality, so the whole community reads as one cohesive display.
Are you insured to work on community property?
Yes — we’re fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance on request. We use weather-resistant clips (never staples or nails) and proven, non-damaging methods on every building and structure.
How early should our community book?
The fall calendar fills quickly, and larger communities take more planning. Reserving early gives your board the most flexibility on install dates and design — we recommend starting the conversation before the season rush.
When do the lights go up and come down?
We install through the fall and keep your display maintained all season. After the holidays we return to remove everything and store it in climate-controlled facilities, so it’s protected and ready for next year. Booking early gives you the most flexible install dates.
