Do you work around our business hours?
Yes. We schedule commercial installs around your hours of operation, so there is no disruption to customers or staff. Early mornings, evenings, or off-days all work; we set a timeline that fits your business when we scope the project.
Are you licensed and insured for commercial properties?
Yes. Our crews are fully insured and carry the liability coverage commercial properties expect. We install with non-damaging clips, never staples or nails, and follow safe practices at height, so your building and landscaping are protected all season.
Can you handle multi-property or multi-location installs?
Absolutely. We light storefronts, offices, churches, campuses, HOAs, and multi-building properties, and we can coordinate a single rollout across several locations on one schedule. Tell us how many sites you are planning and we will build one plan and quote to cover them all.
What happens to the lights after the season?
We take everything down at the end of the season and store it for you until next year, off your property and out of your hands. Removal and storage are included in every commercial install, so nothing is left on your building and you never have to find space for it.
Do you offer contracts or invoicing for businesses and property managers?
Yes. We provide standard invoicing for commercial accounts and can set up a written agreement for the season or a recurring arrangement year over year. We will go over billing and terms when we scope your project so everything is clear up front.
