Wedding & Event Venue Christmas Light Installation

Elegant, photo-ready lighting that makes your venue the backdrop couples dream about — facades, courtyards, wrapped trees, and pathways, designed as one seamless scene. One insured vendor, installed around your event calendar, handled from first bulb to takedown.

What it is

The Backdrop Every Winter Event Deserves

A venue lighting program dresses your property for the season as one seamless scene — the facade and rooflines, entrances and arbors, courtyards and patios, and the wrapped trees and pathways where guests gather and photos happen.

Holiday lighting sells winter dates. Couples book the venue they can picture in photographs, and a professionally lit property gives them that picture the moment they arrive for a tour. Every strand is placed with the camera in mind — even spacing, crisp lines, and a warm, consistent glow from the parking lot to the last pathway.

We work directly with your venue manager or events team on a clear, itemized proposal and a single point of contact — with a certificate of insurance on file and one predictable, all-inclusive price for the season.

Why hire a pro

Photo-Ready Detail, Installed Around Your Calendar

A venue display has to hold up in every photograph, from the first December wedding to the last New Year's party. That takes measured runs, even spacing, and a crew that works around your event schedule.

Our crews are fully insured (COI provided on request) and schedule installation between events — never during setup, ceremonies, or receptions. Every run is measured and secured with weather-resistant clips — never staples or nails — so there is no damage to your building, including historic facades and delicate trim.

And it is all-inclusive: if a bulb goes out we fix it fast, so the venue is flawless for every booking. When the season ends we remove everything, label it, and store it in climate-controlled facilities for next year.

Venue questions

Venue Lighting FAQs

How much does wedding and event venue lighting cost?
It depends on the size of the property and how much you’d like to light — the facade and entrance only, or the full grounds with courtyards, wrapped trees, and pathways. Every proposal starts with a free on-site design, so you get an accurate, itemized, all-inclusive price with no obligation.
Can you install around our event calendar?
Yes. We schedule installation and any maintenance between your bookings — never during setup, ceremonies, or receptions. Share your calendar and we plan around it.
Will the lighting look good in photos?
That’s exactly what it’s designed for. We use commercial-grade LED with even spacing and measured, crisp runs, and place the display around your ceremony spots, portrait backdrops, and arrival views — so the venue photographs beautifully all season.
Are you insured to work on our building?
Yes — we’re fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance on request. We use weather-resistant clips (never staples or nails) and proven, non-damaging methods on every structure, including historic buildings and delicate trim.
How early should our venue book?
Early. Venues want their lighting up before December bookings begin, and the fall install calendar fills quickly. Reserving early means your display is glowing for tour season, when couples are choosing next year’s dates.
When do the lights go up and come down?
We install through the fall and keep your display maintained all season. After the holidays we return to remove everything and store it in climate-controlled facilities, so it’s protected and ready for next year. Booking early gives you the most flexible install dates.
