How long will it take to install my lights?
Every project is different. Depending on the size of your residential or commercial property and how many lights and decorations you'd like added, your Christmas light installation project may take more or less time. However, we find most installations take about a day to complete.
How much does your Christmas light installation services cost?
The cost of your residential or commercial Christmas light installation project depends on various factors. How big your property is and how many lights and decorations you'd like installed are all considered when it comes to cost. For an accurate price for our services, we encourage you to request a quote from our professionals!
Can I provide my own lights?
We are not able to install lights supplied by the customer due to insurance concerns. We use only the best lighting, which results in a long-lasting appearance that is brighter and cleaner. We can modify our lights to meet any style you desire. Store-bought lights are created much less expensively and are only durable for a limited time. Invest heavily on a style that will make your home stand out from the rest.
Must I be present during installation?
No, although we would love to see you and chat with you, we are able to perform all of our lighting services without you being present. Property access is required if you're away.
What's the payment process for residential services?
If you are home during the lighting installation payment is due upon completion. Accepted methods include cash, check, or credit card. Remote clients receive an invoice with a link to a payment portal, with payment due within three business days.
