The Entire Property, One Composed Display

Roofline to walkway — home, trees, and grounds designed together, not lit piece by piece.

What it is

A Single Plan for the Whole Property

A whole property display treats your home and its grounds as a single composition.

Roofline outline, tree and bush wraps, garland accents, and pathway lighting are all designed in one visit and installed as one system — timed together, balanced together, so the display reads as intentional from the curb rather than assembled in layers.

Most homes end up with a mix: rooflines outlined in warm white, a few statement trees wrapped or spritzered, garland framing the entry, and low lighting along the walkway. We plan the mix during your design visit so every zone shares the same color temperature, spacing, and timing before a single clip goes up.

Every zone, covered

What a Whole Property Display Includes

We plan every zone of your property together and recommend which to light for the most complete result.

One Design, Every Element

Roofline, trees, garland, and walkways are planned together in a single consultation, so scale and color stay consistent across the property.

Grounds Lighting

Tree trunk and canopy wraps, shrub lighting, and pathway accents extend the display beyond the house itself.

Unified Timing

Every zone runs on a single programmed timer system, so the whole property illuminates and shuts off together.

Built for Larger Properties

Our crews are equipped for estate-scale lots, long driveways, and mature tree canopies that smaller crews turn away.

Make it yours

Warm White, Cool White, or Color

All commercial-grade, weather-sealed LED — the same coordinated design, in the look that suits your home.

Warm White

Classic and elegant. The timeless choice for traditional homes and tree-lined streets.

Cool / Pure White

Crisp and modern. A clean, contemporary glow that pops against darker exteriors.

Multicolor

Festive and bold. A playful, traditional palette that delights kids and neighbors alike.

Why hire a pro

One Standard, Held Across Every Zone

A whole property display has more that can go wrong — more rooflines, more trees, more runs of wire spread across more ground.

Our installers secure every zone the same way: weather-resistant clips, never staples or nails, with each run custom-measured so nothing sags, gaps, or dangles — whether it’s thirty feet up a roofline or wrapped around a trunk at the edge of the yard.

And it’s all-inclusive: if a bulb goes out or a spritzer shifts, we come fix it. When the season ends, we remove everything, label it, and store it in our climate-controlled facilities for next year.

1

Custom Design

We walk the full property with you and design a plan across every zone — roofline, trees, garland, and grounds — with your color and coverage choices.

2

Installation

We measure, cut, and install each run with secure clips — straight lines, even spacing, all zones included.

3

Maintenance

Any bulb out or clip shifted? We handle it fast, so the whole property stays flawless all season.

4

Takedown

After the holidays, we remove, label, and store everything — ready to go again next year.

Property questions

Whole Property FAQs

How much does a whole property display cost?
It depends on the size of your property, how many zones you’d like included (roofline, trees, garland, grounds), and the linear footage of each. Every quote starts with a free custom design walkthrough, so you get an accurate, all-inclusive price with no obligation.
Can I mix roofline, trees, garland, and pathway lighting?
Yes — that mix is exactly what a whole property display is designed around. We plan all of it together during your design visit so it reads as one composition instead of separate projects.
Do you handle larger lots and long driveways?
Yes. Our crews are equipped for estate-scale properties, long driveways, and mature tree canopies that smaller crews often can’t take on.
Can different zones run on different schedules?
We typically program the whole property to a single timer so everything turns on and off together, but zone-specific timing is available on request.
Do you include pathway and landscape lighting?
Yes — pathway accents and shrub lighting are part of the grounds lighting we plan alongside your roofline and tree elements.
Do you handle takedown and storage?
Yes, seasonal takedown and storage for every zone is included as part of our service.
