Retirement Community Christmas Light Installation

A warm, welcoming holiday display for your entire campus — the entrance, main building, common areas, and walkways residents pass every day. One fully insured vendor, one gracious look, and zero disruption to daily life, handled from first bulb to takedown.

What it is

A Display Residents and Families Look Forward To

A retirement community lighting program wraps your whole campus in one warm, cohesive glow — the entrance and signage, the main building and office, community rooms, and the walkways and landscaping in between.

The holidays matter here. Residents see the lights every evening, and visiting children and grandchildren see them the moment they arrive. A professionally designed display makes the whole community feel cared for — and gives families one more reason to feel good about where their loved ones live.

We work directly with your executive director or property manager on a clear, itemized proposal and a single point of contact — with a certificate of insurance on file and one predictable, all-inclusive price for the season.

Why hire a pro

Safe, Insured Crews — No Disruption to Residents

Lighting a senior community takes more than ladders and clips. It takes careful scheduling, quiet, courteous crews, and an accountable vendor your staff never has to chase.

Our crews are fully insured (COI provided on request) and trained to work respectfully around residents — we keep walkways clear, coordinate timing with your staff, and never block entrances or accessible routes. Every run is measured and secured with weather-resistant clips — never staples or nails — so there is no damage to your buildings.

And it is all-inclusive: if a bulb goes out we fix it fast, so the community always looks its best. When the season ends we remove everything, label it, and store it in climate-controlled facilities for next year.

Community questions

Retirement Community Lighting FAQs

How much does retirement community lighting cost?
It depends on the size of the campus and how much you’d like to light — the entrance and main building only, or the full property with common areas and landscaping. Every proposal starts with a free on-site design, so you get an accurate, itemized, all-inclusive price with no obligation.
Will installation disturb our residents?
No. We coordinate timing with your staff, keep walkways and accessible routes clear at all times, and our crews work quietly and courteously. Most residents only notice the lights — not the installation.
Are you insured to work on our campus?
Yes — we’re fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance for your files. We use weather-resistant clips (never staples or nails) and proven, non-damaging methods on every building and structure.
Can you light just the entrance and main building?
Absolutely. Many communities start with the entrance, signage, and main building, then add common areas and landscaping in later seasons. The proposal is itemized, so you choose exactly how much to light.
How early should our community book?
The fall calendar fills quickly, and larger campuses take more planning. Reserving early gives you the most flexibility on install dates and design — we recommend starting the conversation before the season rush.
When do the lights go up and come down?
We install through the fall and keep your display maintained all season. After the holidays we return to remove everything and store it in climate-controlled facilities, so it’s protected and ready for next year. Booking early gives you the most flexible install dates.
