Shopping Plaza & Retail Christmas Light Installation

What it is

Holiday Lighting That Brings Shoppers In

A shopping plaza lighting program dresses your whole property for the season — storefront facades, rooflines and parapets, main entrances, signage, and the trees and landscaping shoppers walk past — as one bright, cohesive display.

The season is when foot traffic matters most. A professionally lit plaza reads as open, busy, and worth the stop — and because we design the whole property together, every storefront shares the same palette and quality. No patchwork of tenant-by-tenant displays, just one polished look that lifts every business in the center.

We work directly with your property manager or ownership group on a clear, itemized proposal and a single point of contact — with a certificate of insurance on file and one predictable, all-inclusive price for the season.

Why hire a pro

Installed Off-Hours, Consistent Across Every Tenant

Lighting a retail center is more than hanging lights. It takes one plan, one crew, and one accountable vendor — so every storefront matches and nobody's business gets interrupted.

We schedule installation around your hours — early mornings, evenings, or overnight — so sidewalks stay open and shoppers keep shopping. Our crews are fully insured (COI provided on request) and every run is measured and secured with weather-resistant clips — never staples or nails — so there is no damage to facades or signage.

And it is all-inclusive: if a bulb goes out we fix it fast, so the center always looks its best. When the season ends we remove everything, label it, and store it in climate-controlled facilities for next year.

Retail questions

Shopping Plaza Lighting FAQs

How much does shopping plaza lighting cost?
It depends on the length of your rooflines and how much you’d like to light — the main facade only, or the full center with signage, trees, and landscaping. Every proposal starts with a free on-site design, so you get an accurate, itemized, all-inclusive price with no obligation.
Can you install outside business hours?
Yes — that’s our standard for retail. We schedule around your tenants’ hours, working early mornings, evenings, or overnight, so sidewalks stay open and no storefront loses a minute of business.
Can you keep the look consistent across multiple tenants?
That’s the point of a program approach — one design for the whole center, so every storefront, entrance, and sign shares the same palette and quality. One vendor, one invoice, one cohesive display.
Are you insured to work on commercial property?
Yes — we’re fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance on request. We use weather-resistant clips (never staples or nails) and proven, non-damaging methods on every facade, parapet, and sign.
How early should our center book?
The fall calendar fills quickly, and retail centers want their lights up before holiday shopping starts in earnest. Reserving early guarantees your display is glowing when the season’s foot traffic arrives.
When do the lights go up and come down?
We install through the fall and keep your display maintained all season. After the holidays we return to remove everything and store it in climate-controlled facilities, so it’s protected and ready for next year. Booking early gives you the most flexible install dates.
