Common Questions

Do I need to be home during the service?
No. We’d love to say hello, but we can complete your entire installation without you there. If you’ll be away, just make sure we can access every part of your property that needs lighting.
How long does installation take?
Most residential installs are finished in a single visit — usually a few hours, depending on the size of your display. We’ll give you an estimated window when we confirm your date.
How do my lights turn on and off?
Every display is set on an automatic timer — on at dusk, off later in the evening. Prefer different hours? Just let us know and we’ll set it to your schedule.
What if a bulb goes out or a strand shifts?
Call or text us and we’ll come back and fix it — free, all season long. Season-long maintenance is included with every install.
What happens in bad weather?
Light rain doesn’t stop us, but for safety we may reschedule around ice, snow, or high winds. We’ll always keep you posted.
Do you need access to power outlets?
Yes — we tie into your existing exterior outlets. If you’re not sure you have enough capacity, we’ll assess and advise during design.
When do you take the lights down?
We remove everything after the holidays on a scheduled takedown — and, if applicable, store it safely until next season.

A quick note on liability

We’re not responsible for pre-existing damage to your home — including siding, fascia, gutters, or roofing — or for any pre-existing electrical issues. If we notice a concern before we begin, we’ll always let you know first.
