A look at the maintenance promise behind every install.
Anyone can hang lights in November. The question that matters is what happens in mid-December, when a strand goes dark three days before your holiday party. Our answer is simple: we installed it, so we fix it — at no charge, for the whole season. Here’s what that promise looks like in practice.
We Look for Problems Before You See Them
Maintenance starts at installation. Commercial-grade bulbs, proper clips, weather-rated cords, and timers set correctly the first time prevent most issues before they exist. From there, we keep an eye on our displays through the season — because catching a dimming strand early beats getting a call about a dark one.
Free Service Calls, All Season
If something does go out — a bulb, a strand, a timer acting up — you call or text us and we come fix it. There’s no service fee and no fine print, because maintenance is already included in your all-inclusive price. You shouldn’t have to get on a ladder in December to fix lights you paid someone to hang.
When the Weather Turns
Carolina winters like to keep things interesting — wind, heavy rain, the occasional ice. After rough weather moves through, we respond to anything it knocked loose: a strand pulled off a gutter line, a displaced wreath, a tripped outlet. Your display goes back to perfect, usually before the neighbors notice anything happened.
Takedown and Storage, Handled
When the season winds down, we schedule removal, take everything down carefully, and store your lights in our climate-controlled facility until next year. No attic boxes, no tangled strands, no January ladder work. Next season, your display comes back tested, ready, and installed fresh.
Why We Work This Way
A holiday display is only as good as its worst night. All-inclusive means exactly that — design, installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage in one price, so the lights are our job from the first sketch to the last strand packed away.
